We use Stone Ground Whole-Wheat flour. It contains more nutrients and fiber as compared to enriched flour, it is milled for us here in Denver. Stone Ground process will leave the germ and bran, so all the nutrients stay intact. Our cookie is a fun treat that dogs love. It is not a dog's sustenance, or their main daily diet. We are proud of our product and put emphasis on our expertly decorated, crunchy (not too hard) biscuit.
