Eligible returns can be processed in store or following the arrival of the returned items via mail at the customer's expense. In certain cases you may be exempt from returning items to the store (damaged in shipping, items missing, etc.). Please send an email to orders@atlaspet.net with the subject line "Item return" for further instructions regarding online order returns.
With original receipt we accept returns or exchanges for 30 days following the date of purchase. Returned pet food will only be exchanged for store credit. We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on aquariums, terrariums, cages, kennels, electric grooming kits, light bulbs, pet beds, cat furniture, gift cards, frozen products, clearance items, or any items missing packaging or no longer in new condition. Atlas Pet reserves the right to deny any return.

All refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Check purchases or cash purchases over $25 will be refunded in store credit.
